By using StudioConnect AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Using the Service

StudioConnect AI is meant for professional agency use. You are responsible for client information, compliance with recording laws, and the accuracy of FAQ content.

3. Account & Security

You must maintain your login credentials. You are responsible for any activity under your account. Notify us at support@cincyaisolutions.com if you detect unauthorized access.

4. Content & Ownership

Agencies own their data. We only use it to provide the service. We have the right to display anonymized usage data for product improvement or marketing.

5. Service Levels & Support

We aim for 99.5% uptime. Business hours support (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST). Critical issues receive priority support.

6. Prohibited Uses

Do not use StudioConnect AI for illegal, harassing, or harmful communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate misuse.

7. Privacy Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any call recording consents required by law. We will provide a customizable legal disclaimer and tools to support compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid StudioConnect AI in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally, with notice emailed 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the update means you accept the new terms.
